Our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) journey is designed to foster an inclusive and open workplace where everyone feels valued and can bring their whole selves to work. This journey consists of two key components: a self-paced online course and a live wrap-up session.
Self-Paced Online Course
The online course covers a diverse set of topics related to DEI. It is designed to be flexible, allowing you to engage with the material at your own pace. Through this course, we aim to inspire each of us in different ways to start meaningful conversations about DEI. By exploring various perspectives and experiences, we hope to create an environment where open dialogue is encouraged and everyone feels comfortable sharing their unique stories.
Live Wrap-Up Session
The wrap-up session is an opportunity for us to come together and share our insights from the online course. This session is focused on taking collective steps towards creating an open and inclusive climate. It’s a chance to put our knowledge into action in a gentle, warm, and fun atmosphere, as one of our pioneering colleagues described it.
